A plain-language summary of what customers can expect from METRA GET, written so prospective customers know what to expect before a signed order form or service agreement is in place.

What you get

Access to the features and usage limits of your selected subscription plan.
A 15-day free trial for every newly registered organization, no payment required to start.
You retain ownership of the data your organization submits; METRA GET retains ownership of the platform itself.

Your responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for the lawfulness of the data it collects, stores and communicates through the platform, including any beneficiary, staff or partner data.
Your organization is responsible for obtaining any consent required before sending SMS, email or other communications through the platform.
Your organization is responsible for managing who on your team has access, and at what permission level.
Accounts must not be used for unlawful messaging, abuse, or attempts to compromise the security of the platform.

What we remain responsible for

Operating the platform's technical security controls in good faith — access boundaries, encryption in transit, audit logging.
Processing your organization's data only to provide the service, never selling it to third parties.
Reasonable notice before any change that materially reduces what your current plan includes.

Limitation of liability (draft)

The platform is provided “as is.” Except for the confirmed obligations above, METRA GET is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your organization’s use of the service, including decisions made using data your organization entered, or the consequences of communications your organization chooses to send. Service may be restricted for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, or a genuine security risk. Final liability terms, service levels and remedies will be set out in a signed order form or service agreement — not this page.

Who you would be contracting with

The applicable contracting entity, its jurisdiction, and other contractual particulars will be identified in the relevant order form or service agreement when applicable. This page is a plain-language description of our current working intent, not that agreement itself.

Billing

SMS credits, onboarding and custom integrations may be charged separately from your subscription.
After the 15-day trial, continuing requires choosing a subscription; our team confirms payment before activation.
